This terrine consists of a delicious smoked trout mousse made with prime smoked trout fillets combined with fromage frais, horseradish, lemon juice and parsley, all encased in award-winning cold smoked trout.
Wonderful to serve as a festive starter, light lunch or as delicious canapés.
