Cornish Yarg – A nettle-wrapped, semi hard cheese made from the milk of a Cornish herd of grass-fed dairy cattle. With a natural rind, slightly crumbly core and deliciously delicate tang, it’s an excellent component of any cheeseboard.  

Somerset Charcuterie, Black Down Ham – An incredibly versatile ham; slightly sweet and nutty, with a bolder taste than a Parma ham and a more delicate edge than a Serrano. Perfect to pair with cheese and chutneys.
