Sharpham Rustic with Dulse & Sea Lettuce is a semi hard cheese made with pasteurised cow's milk, with the addition of a blend of locally sourced hand-harvested Dulce and Sea lettuce seaweed.
This cheese is fresh, rich and crumbly, laced with gems of locally harvested seaweed, which adds a touch of subtle umami flavour.
It pairs particularly well with a glass of crisp rosé wine, or a dry gin and tonic.
