All the pork used in the salami is pasture-reared, native breed Gloucester Old Spot from just 2 miles away from Will's charcuterie kitchen.

All our charcuterie products are ready to eat. They are stable at ambient temperature (below 18°C), and will stay safe during transport and stored in your kitchen or larder. Once opened, refrigerate.
