Puckett’s Pickles, Red Cabbage – An irresistibly flavourful pickle, packed with crunchy red cabbage, artisan Cider vinegar and a blend of aromatic spices. Enjoy as part of a grazing board, toasted sandwich, ploughman’s lunch or simply tuck in with a spoon!  

Pipers Farm, Unsmoked Ham Topside - This ham is the gift that keeps on giving - perfect to incorporate into sandwiches, a hearty breakfast, or as a fine addition to a charcuterie board or grazing platter. For optimum enjoyment, pair with one of our small batch chutneys and fine, a sourdough loaf and a fine cheddar cheese. 

Trethowan Brothers, Pitchfork Cheddar – A full-bodied cheddar with a glorious undertone of tropical fruit, this cheese is named after the pitchforks that are used to toss the curds in the salt after milling. Bound with lard to enhance its flavour, this cheese has been the recipient of countless awards.  

Bath Blue - Creamy, with even blueing throughout, Bath Blue follows a traditional Stilton recipe but unlike the majority of Stiltons, each stage is done entirely by hand. Ripened in traditional stone built rooms for 2-3 months, Bath Blue has a beautiful herbaceous flavour with a creamy yet crumbly texture.

The Newt, Somerset Cheddar Cheese Straws - These moreish, melt-in-the-mouth cheese straws are an indulgent delight, enriched with mature Westcombe Cheddar. This cheddar is traditionally clothbound then aged for up to 18 months, before being incorporated into these flaky cheese straws.  

Rosebud Preserves, Sweet Onion Marmalade - A sweet yet piquant blend of English onion, molassed sugars and white wine vinegar. Superb with Chicken Liver Pâté and Blue Cheese.
