Cornish Yarg – A nettle-wrapped, semi hard cheese made from the milk of a Cornish herd of grass-fed dairy cattle. With a natural rind, slightly crumbly core and deliciously delicate tang, it’s an excellent component of any cheeseboard.  

Somerset Charcuterie, Coppa – Made using slowly reared, rare breed pork, and a delicious cure with flavours of tellicherry pepper and juniper, this Coppa is rich, creamy and incredibly versatile.  

Gibson’s, Crab Apple Liqueur – With a gentle apple taste, hints of rose water and aromatic star anise, this liqueur offers complex flavours and tempting notes. Delicious to sip with cheese and charcuterie, or to enjoy as a component to a rum based cocktail.  

Rosebud Preserves, Yorkshire Heather Honey – Boasting a distinctive taste like no other, this delicious honey is gathered by honeybees from the purple ling heather of the North Yorkshire Moorland.
