The perfect nibble to complement a glass of wine or craft cider, these moreish, melt-in-the-mouth cheese straws are an indulgent delight enriched with mature Westcombe Cheddar.
Crafted just up the road from The Newt In Somerset's estate, Westcombe Dairy make truly delicious artisan cheddar using raw milk from their own herds of cows. This cheddar is traditionally clothbound then aged for up to 18 months, before being incorporated into these flaky cheese straws.
Serve on their own as a pre-dinner nibble, or as part of a decadent cheese board alongside an array of cheese, charcuterie, chutneys and seasonal fruit.
